In this talk, Jesse brings to light, the destructive nature of fear, posing as bias, trauma and anger, through sharing his story as a father and media embattled Alaska State Trooper.
Then continues into a
solution for confronting ourselves, rewiring neural pathways and healing past wounds, as an alternative to "coping" in moments of
nervous system activation.
This informative talk includes neuro science, emotional regulation, forgiveness, historical references and ocean sailing. It lays a solid
foundation of hope, leaving listeners with tools they can take home and apply immediately.
This is a hard hitting, gritty journey and though spoken from both a law enforcement perspective and a sailing captains
experiences, creating a truth centered solution that is often not
discussed.

"THE SIGMA GAME"
In this thirty minute
talk, Jesse lines out the common Alpha / Beta rank
structure, commonly presented in society. Then challenges that
narrative with a "Sigmatic" perspective. Through which a man
can have access to the full range of emotion, live a centered life,
and show up better in the world, having disposed of being stuck
in a linear social status.
This talk, helps hard people let go of armor, and soft people
stand up stronger, through a fluid way of living in balance.

"DISRUPTION IN SERVICE OF OTHERS"
Disruption sounds bad. It sounds selfish and domineering, but
we need it to live healthy productive lives.
In this thirty minute talk, Jesse shares about the importance of disruption to
destructive patterns, in our personal lives, family, community
and society. Then teaches how to identify and approach,
popular but destructive patterns.
Disruption in service of others is a skill that can save lives,
busnesses, friendships and social decay.

Jesse Osborn is a speaker who will energize and inspire your audience with his story of resilience, forgiveness and personal agency. Your audience will leave feeling empowered.
Jesse shares a lifetime of acquiring extensive skills. He is a renaissance man, accessing diverse resume, including ocean sailing, navigation, entrepreneurship, mechanical work, law enforcement and hard labor. In addition to speaking and writing, he teaches ocean sailing courses to students from around the globe as an IYT certified instructor.
In 2024, he ventured into the world of ballooning. He is currently preparing the unique UNICEF Flyer balloon and capsule for flight and planning another epic expedition.
